About the treatment

Zirconia crowns provide long-term durability with natural aesthetics for both front and back teeth.

Zirconia crowns: durability and aesthetics

Costs depend on the clinical assessment, treatment plan and services included. An individual written quotation should specify what is included, additional expenses, payment terms and cancellation conditions.

Expectations and individual assessment

✔ Natural appearance

✔ High durability (suitable for back teeth)

✔ Planning individual care and checkups

✔ Metal-free structure and low allergy risk

✔ Resistance to staining

A clinician assesses whether this approach is suitable and what benefit may be expected. Results vary between individuals; a particular appearance, level of success or duration of effect cannot be promised.

Costs and quotation scope

Guide

What an implant crown is

How the structure is built

• The implant is in the bone;

• The abutment connects the components;

• The crown restores the tooth’s appearance and chewing function.

Types of crowns

Metal-ceramic crown

Costs depend on the clinical assessment, treatment plan and services included. An individual written quotation should specify what is included, additional expenses, payment terms and cancellation conditions.

• Pros: high aesthetics, strong, natural appearance.

• Cons: lower aesthetics; edge may become visible over time.

Zirconia crown

• Pros: high aesthetics, strong, natural appearance.

• Most commonly used in modern dentistry.

How a crown is placed

• The implant integrates in the bone.

• The abutment is installed.

• Impressions are taken or a 3D scan is performed.

• The crown is manufactured and fixed.

Service life

The duration of an effect and the lifespan of a product depend on health, care, habits and clinical circumstances. A clinician explains individual expectations; a fixed lifespan or duration of results is not promised.

If needed, the crown can be replaced without replacing the implant.

• The crown itself does not "integrate" - only the implant integrates;

• The crown defines the visual appearance of the smile;

• Crown quality affects comfort and aesthetics.

How to choose a crown

The choice depends on tooth position (front or back), load, and aesthetic expectations.

After diagnostics, the doctor selects the optimal option.
