Cookie Policy
Prepared for website visits, initial enquiries and responses to your request. Treatment, bookings and post-contract activities are explained separately.
Necessary records
First-party cookies and browser storage support sessions, secure forms and preferences you request. Necessary data is processed for security and preference management under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent an enquiry.
Optional analytics
Page views and contact-button interactions are measured only with your permission. Local analytics records contain the day, page path and event type; your form name and phone number are not added. A page path may indicate your treatment interest. Medtori retains its own visit statistics for 180 days.
Changing your choice
Google Analytics and Medtori’s own counts operate only after analytics permission. Google Analytics uses browser/device information and cookie identifiers; names, phone numbers, form contents, URL queries and fragments are not sent. The default lifetime of _ga and _ga_* cookies is 2 years and may renew with visits. The separate preference period is 180 days. Refusing does not prevent enquiries; withdrawal stops new measurement and removes accessible Google analytics cookies. Previously sent data is subject to the Analytics property’s retention settings. Google’s service may involve processing abroad; provider and transfer details appear in the privacy notice. Medtori retains its own visit statistics for 180 days.
Privacy Notice (KVKK)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, for what purpose and to whom it is disclosed; request correction and, where the conditions are met, deletion or destruction, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing. Requests sent to [email protected] are handled by the responsible Medtori company officer. Applicable identity-verification and submission rules apply; you may also write to the stated address.
